  • Any mistake arising from third-party service providers, system downtime, or regulatory requirements is beyond our control.

  • Once a service is initiated or completed, service charges are non-refundable unless the error is directly caused by our Representative.

  • In case of an error solely attributable to us, we will take reasonable steps to correct the issue or reprocess the service, subject to feasibility.
